Colin has sailed for forty years, and has been a writer and photographer for thirty years. His career has seen him work as Feature Editors eight years at Yachting Monthly, and then as a freelance writer for every major boating magazine in the world. He worked on the concept, launch and development of Sailing Today magazine, and is involved in the same way with Sailing Now, the only sailing magazine based entirely on the Internet.
