Copeland's Culinary Eats Cookbook is a collection of delicious recipes that I have demonstrated on my Facebook Live Cooking show.This cookbook is formatted different than the typical cookbook. In most cookbooks, you will see the measurement before the item. Example: 1/2 Cup of Sugar. Nevertheless, in this cookbook, the item is first, then the measurement. Example: Sugar - 1/2 Cups. Why? I am self-diagnosed with dyslexia. I see letters, phrase, and words in reverse. Due to that fact, it became difficult to learn as a child. I became aware of this 'eureka moment' in my early twenties. So, I took it upon myself to truly focus when reading. Hear the conclusion of the matter; it is easier for me to understand a recipe better by listing the item first, then the measurement. With that being said, I hope you enjoy these recipes. Looking forward to sharing more recipes with you in the spring of 2021.
