There is no consensus in the debate. But the common belief is that clusters of individuals are racists. This book refutes that perception. Talking about racism can be a challenge. Some people are always in the defensive; others are always imparting blames. This book offers a fresh perspective. Understand why racism is on the rise in most western societies, notably in the United States of America. Discover the factors that facilitate this phenomenon. Learn more about racism.
