He's written for Max Lucado's Hermie and Friends series and is a producer for Jeff Foxworthy's The American Bible Challenge. Saved, Release, 40 Days, Laughing Matters, In His Shoes: The Life of Jesus, his Reason for Hope series, and various volumes in the Praying Through the Bible series, including Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy, are among his other book titles. Troy is the author of several children's books, including Their Side of the Story, in which animals explain their side of well-known Bible stories, and Little Tree Discovered. He also serves as a Campus Pastor at the First Baptist Church in Windermere, Florida.
