S.W.I.T.C.H: Crane Fly Crash by Ali Sparkes

Josh and Danny must go on a rescue mission to save their annoying big sister, Jenny, when she accidentally uses the S.W.I.T.C.H spray on herself and turns into a crane fly! The twins know there's only one thing for it - they'll have to change themselves into crane flies too, and try to keep their sister out of trouble. However risky . . . Can the boys resist the lure of the light bulb and stop Jenny from getting legless? And will Piddle the dog be able to resist a crunchy, bugtastic snack? Petty Potts's diary entry: Victor Crouch's spies could be anywhere! I keep imagining that old eyebrow-less freak staring through my windows . . . But I suppose I do have to remember that sometimes I see and hear things which aren't really there. That's all part of the package when you're a genius. I will make sure Josh and Danny keep very watchful, though. Ah ha! Ah ha ha ha ha! Erm. Scary powerful laugh etc. (It doesn't really work, typed out, does it?)

Ali was a local newspaper reporter and columnist before joining BBC local radio as a producer and presenter, and then chucked in the safe job to be dangerously freelance and write scripts and manuscripts. Her first venture was as a comedy columnist on the BBC Radio's top-rated Woman's Hour and Home Truths programmes. Ali lives in Southampton with her husband and sons and would never kill a creepy-crawly of any kind. They are more scared of her than she is of them. (Creepy-crawlies, not her husband and sons.)
