Scotty the rescue dog and his best friend, Pico, stumble upon puppies up for adoption. Scotty really wants a puppy. Pico tries to convince Scotty that puppies are a lot of work and it's just not a good idea to adopt one. Scotty can't resist and brings a puppy home anyway.
