Johnnie Christmas is a best-selling graphic novelist in the New York Times. CREMA, a haunted romance published by Comixology Originals, is the author of the Image Comics sci-fi series TARTARUS. Publishers Weekly gave his book FIREBUG a starred review, and he was nominated for a Joe Shuster Distinguished Cartoonist Award. He's most known for co-creating the ANGEL CATBIRD series with famed author Margaret Atwood and translating William Gibson's ALIEN 3 film into a highly praised graphic novel of the same name. SHELTERED, a pre-apocalyptic thriller he co-created, is also among his credits. Johnnie is a graduate of the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, with a BFA in Communication Design/Illustration. He currently resides in Vancouver, BC.
