Edward Burman graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Philosophy and Fine Art. He has eighteen works to his credit, the most recent of which is Xi'an Through European Eyes: A Cultural History in the Horse Year. Edward has served on the Xi'an City Wall Heritage Foundation's Board of Trustees since 2014, and he is the only international trustee. He resides in the United Kingdom.
