J.J.Howard is most likely wearing headphones right now. She earned a BA in English from Dickinson College and an MH in Humanities from Tiffin University. She lives in Florida and has long been the favorite English instructor of some of her kids (she even has a mug to prove it). Her debut young adult novel is THE TIME I JOINED THE CIRCUS.
