English summary: This critical edition and French translation of the eleventh-century Armenian translation of John Chrysostoms homily on the Acts of the Apostles offers an excellent opportunity for scholars to better understand the unpublished original Greek. An analysis of the Armenian translation also demonstrates the syntactical and lexical evolution of the language during the Middle Ages, as well as aspects of Middle Eastern Christianity. French description: L'etude de la version armenienne des Homelies sur les Actes des Apotres de Jean Chrysostome, contenue dans deux manuscrits, dont l'un reproduit une traduction integrale faite en 1077 a partir du grec, est essentielle pour connaitre l'original et, confirmant la nette superiorite de la recension dite brute, aidera a parfaire une edition critique restee inachevee. Le volume 1 donne le texte armenien de quatre homelies etabli a partir des deux manuscrits etudies, avec les textes de colophons. Le volume 2 propose la traduction francaise, comporte une comparaison avec le grec et un lexique bilingue. L'analyse des procedes de traduction du XIe siecle, compares a ceux de Ve epoque d'or de la traduction armenienne, permet de montrer l'evolution syntaxique et lexicale de l'armenien. Quant aux ecarts, dans cette version extremement litterale, ils attestent une specificite armenienne et serviront la connaissance du christianisme oriental.
