2002. No Edition Remarks. 336 pages. No dust jacket, Folio edition with slipcase. Illustrated gold slipcase over blue cloth with gilt titles and decoration to front and spine. Colour illustrations throughout. Pages remain bright with minimal tanning or foxing. pp 100-108 have a small brown spot to margin, not affecting text. Binding is firm. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Notable wear to foot of spine. A ring mark to front.rear board. Gilt is bright. Slipcase has some minor rub marks, slight scratches, other small marks and slight wear to corners.
