Delicious recipes: Chicken biryani, lemon ice-box pie and an irresistible Black Forest pavlova - cracking chicken and egg dishes from the Hairy Bikers' latest book* DAILY MAIL *
What I love about this cookbook is that it really does show how amazing chickens are and how much we rely on them for cooking, baking and eating. It covers a vast array of ideas, from simple soups and salads to pies, pasta and rice dishes - and there are some great ideas for making a little go a long way. -- Aldo Zilli * DAILY EXPRESS *
...the Hairy Bikers' collection of recipes featuring either chicken, eggs or both is practical, well-illustrated and full of robust and flavoursome recipes. Their cheery approach makes the book fun to read and easy to use, while a major plus is the chapter on techniques, which includes advice on how to spatchcock and butterfly a chicken. The two main ingredients run the gamut of cookery delights, from soups and salads through chicken with carbs to puddings. We particularly enjoyed the chicken parmigianaand cherry clafoutis. -- Vanessa Berridge * SUNDAY EXPRESS *
The cheeky chappies have certainly been busy in the kitchen lately - this wonderful book is their second release of the year! Filled to the brim with gorgeous ideas, handy tips and insightful techniques to learn, this is one you'll be into for years to come... * GREAT BRITISH FOOD *
