A New York Times bestselling author, Bock has written over forty books, including Luke in the NIV Application Commentary series.   Dr. Andreas Kostenberger is theologian in residence at Fellowship Raleigh, cofounder of Biblical Foundations, and author, editor, or translator of over sixty books.
