Stan Price was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth but was academically gifted. and this enabled him to put one there. In the process he worked in the public and private sectors and academia. Additionally he set up his own company. This autobiography chronicles his varying experiences in all these situations including his writing and lecturing in each. It is flavored by his work not only in the UK but in the USA and Europe. Although his work was primarily in Aviation and Information Technology his prime non-vocational interest was in Railways so this book covers this and his varied other interests. Significant events it covers includes the UK's adoption of the US's En-route Air Traffic Control computer system.
