Jacky Fleming is a feminist cartoonist whose work first gained notoriety through a series of pre-internet postcards that were sent to women all around the world. She went on to study Fine Art after a year at Chelsea School of Art. Her first published comic was a cartoon strip she submitted as part of a college essay. Her writing has appeared in a variety of journals since then, including The Guardian, The Independent, The New Statesman, The New Internationalist, Red Pepper, Observer, Diva, You, and The Big Issue. She has six books of cartoons to her credit. Her seventh novel is The Problem with Women.
