UFO by David Ritchie
Ever since the first sighting of what became known as a "flying saucer", an entire UFO industry has emerged. Ritchie, David: - David Ritchie is Professor of Experimental Physics and Head of the Semiconductor Physics group. He is also a Fellow and Director of Studies in Physics at Robinson College, Cambridge. His research focuses on semiconductor physics and has extensive experience of the growth, fabrication and measurement of low dimensional electronic and optical structures.
