After graduating from Durham University, Peter Jemison worked for about twenty years as a senior metallurgist in the Iron and Steel Industry That was followed by a spell in science teaching and then he successfully developed his own insurance broking business.

He is a retiree now and has used his wide and varied experience to write three novels, The Unspeakables being the first excursion into print. It is a crime thriller and deals with the bitter, violent struggle that is enacted most winter weeks between the Hunt and its opponents; and how once revenge becomes the ruling passion, a chain of events is started which rapidly descend into an orgy of hate-driven savagery.
