Sarah Savory's inherited and enduring love of animals and of story-telling go back a long way. Her father, Allan Savory, is a world-renowned ecologist who developed the concept of Holistic Management, and her grandmother Margaret Barnes was the first Rhodesian woman to attend Oxford University where she was tutored by the famous author CS Lewis. As a young Zimbabwean Sarah is passionate about all wildlife, with a special interest in, and love for, pangolins. It is her mission to highlight the plight of these creatures, four species of which are indigenous to Africa. Sarah has two young children of her own.
