This is a collection of knitting patterns featuring wild animals. Designs include: "Mane attraction" which has a zebra design; Tiger Lily", a boldly striped jumper; and patterns for children. There are 19 designs in total, mostly for sweaters, but including a jacket, cardigan, sweatshirt and a coat, using a variety of yarns including cotton, mohair, chunky wool, alpaca and aran. The book provides a guide to the techniques required, and separate instructions, a chart and helpful hints on the making up of each garment, including yarn suggestions and measurement diagrams.Melinda Coss is the author of more than two dozen craft publications, including Homemade Soap Book, Updated Second Edition, Natural Soap, Second Edition, and Gourmet Soaps Made Simple. Melinda is the owner of The Homemade Soap Company in West Wales, United Kingdom. Her soaps may be found at some of Europe's most renowned hotels and boutiques, including Paris' exclusive L'Atelier du Savon. She has also aided in the establishment of soap-making units in Africa, conducts soap-making courses, and is frequently featured in periodicals and on television.
