Brett Bevell is the author of The Reiki Magic Guide To Self Attunement, Energy Healing for Everyone, and two poetry books. Brett teaches at Omega Institute and The Sanctuary.

Brett Bevell is the author of The Reiki Magic Guide To Self Attunement (Crossing Press 2007), Reiki for Spiritual Healing (Crossing Press 2009), and the poetry collections America Needs A Woman President (Monkfish Publishing 2007) and America Needs A Buddhist President (White Cloud Press 2004), the latter of which was featured on NPR's All Things Considered for the first time. Brett also won the Paul Laurance Dunbar Poetry Prize in 1995. Brett is also the author of the book Of Thee I Sing, which is a collection of his poems. Brett lectures at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies on Rhinebeck, New York, and The Sanctuary in Koh Phangan, Thailand on a regular basis. He was a guest teacher at Esalen Institute and gave a talk at Alex Grey's Chapel of the Sacred Mirrors in New York City.
