Spine is detached, but still present. Rough-cut pages are moderately tanned with noticeable foxing throughout. Cracks to hinges, exposing netting. Slight crinkling to paper at gutters, however binding remains firm. Maps are in good condition, with some creases on folds. Thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have heavy edge wear with corner bumping. Fraying to edges, with large splits to joints. Boards are loose. Heavy water staining, with marks and scratches to all surfaces. Book has a slight forward lean.
