Frontispiece and plates are lightly tanned with some foxing. Pencil mark and tape residue to front pastedown. Light annotations throughout. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have heavy shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rub wear all over. Moderate sunning to spine with heavy crushing causing fraying to cloth at ends. Stains and wear marks overall, heavier to front board. Book has slight forward lean.
