1946. Third Impression. 222 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth. Contains black and white illustrations. Pages are moderately tanned with noticeable foxing throughout. Slight crinkling to paper at gutters, however binding remains firm. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper and pastedown. Illustrations are bright and clear, with some light tanning and foxing to edges. Thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have visible edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened. Black marks and water staining to all surfaces.
