Slight crinkling to paper at gutters, however binding remains firm. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Illustrations are moderately tanned with some foxing. Thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have heavy edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened. Black marks with water staining to all surfaces. Book is bowed.
