1957. First Edition. 208 pages. Clipped illustrated jacket over blue cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Ex-Library book with expected inserts, plates, stamps and inscriptions to pages and boards. Pages remain mostly clear with light tanning and foxing throughout and some heavy occasional marking. Infrequent folding and creasing. Small area of loss to page 13, text unaffected. Binding is slightly loose. Boards are lightly marked and stained and have mild edge wear, slight bumping to corners, light crushing and wear to spine. Patches of mild sunning consistent with areas of loss in dust jacket. Jacket is mounted on lightweight card and is moderately marked with heavy edge and corner wear and some small areas of loss. Adhered to rear pastedown at rear flap.
