Mostly clean pages with moderate tanning and foxing to endpapers and page edges. Inscription on front endpaper and paste-down. Cracked hinge and guttering with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Some minor dog-eared corners, with rubbing and a few small nicks to text block edges. Moderate tanning along spine and board edges. Noticeable rub wear to surfaces and edges with crushing to spine ends and bumps to scuffed corners. Forward leaning. Boards are water stained overall. Splits down joint, with former owner's label on front board.
