Slight crinkling to paper at gutters, however binding remains firm. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Plates are moderately tanned with some foxing. Water marks to top text block edge. Thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have visible edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Heavy black marks and bleaching to all surfaces. Book is bowed and Bradford leaning. Unclipped jacket. Panels have heavy edge wear with chips, tears and creasing. Substantial area of loss to edges. Black marks overall.
