About Andrew Miller
Andrew Miller was born in Bristol in 1960 and grew up in Bath and Wiltshire. He has lived and worked in Holland, Spain and Japan and is a graduate of the University of East Anglia's Creative Writing course. CASANOVA is his second novel, following INGENIOUS PAIN (Sceptre 1997)
