About Andy Baggott

Andy Baggott is a writer and teacher who has studied a wide range of spiritual traditions including Taoism, Buddhism, Native American spirituality, Christianity, and Celtic Wisdom. He teaches courses and workshops in Tai Chi and Chi Kung and practices yoga and Zen meditation. Anoy is a qualified acupuncturist and complementary medical practitioner. He is author of ten books including Teach Yourself I Ching and The Encyclopedia of Energy Healing.
