About Anne Totterdell

Anne Totterdell BA(Hons) CertEd MCLIP was Senior Library Education Tutor at Somerset College of Arts and Technology, where she managed one of the largest provisions of paraprofessional library education and training in the UK. She is still very much involved in delivering paraprofessional library courses.
Jane Gill BA(Hons) MCLIP is Enquiry Centre Manager at Somerset Libraries, Arts and Information Service, Bridgwater.
Alan Hornsey BLib(Hons) is responsible for IT services with Taunton Deane Council for Voluntary Service.
