L.D. "Larry" Hicks is a long term Texan with a degree in Christian Ministry and Biblical Studies from LeTourneau University in East Texas, and holds a Master's degree in American History earned at Norwich University in Vermont. Larry has a love of Texas and Southwestern History, plastic dinosaurs, hiking, electronic music, Pear Red Bull (they will change your life), and reading just about anything - be it the back of soup cans, to the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, David J. Weber, T. R. Fehrenbach, and Jean Edward Smith. He has been with his amazing wife, Lisa, for 26 years and lives in East Texas with his cat Smokey Jack, and his dog Lulu.
