Jo Ferris MCSP (Member of the Society of Chartered Physiotherapists) is a Peak Pilates Instructor and Specialist Physiotherapist in Neurology at St Richards Hospital, Chichester. Jo uses Pilates with patients at the hospital for rehabilitation after injury, to help treat neurological conditions and generally for fitness and wellbeing.
