About Christina Brown

Internationally renowned teacher and bestselling author Christina Brown has been practising yoga since 1989 and teaching for two decades. She has run in-depth teacher training programmes for the last ten years and her yoga retreats have been voted "top in Australia". She has been a regular contributor to the Ask the Expert column in Australian Yoga Journal magazine and also blogs on how yoga philosophy intersects with everyday family life.
