About David Crystal

Professor David Crystal is a linguist, author, broadcaster and leading authority on language. He is the author of many books for Penguin including, in 1998, LANGUAGE PLAY. He is also the editor of THE CAMBRIDGE ENCYCLOPEDIA. He is currently workingon THE PENGUIN SHAKESPEARE GLOSSARY with his son, Ben Crystal. David Crystal lives in Holyhead with his wife, Hilary.
