About Dave Kalwick

After working as director of animation for five years at various studios in Southern California, David Kalwick founded Absolute Zero, an animation company in Encinitas, California. David has been creating 3D animation since early 1991. He holds a degree in software engineering and has been designing multimedia presentations since 1988. David has authored numerous articles and books, including Teach Yourself 3D Studio MAX in 14 Days and 3D Graphics, Tips, Tricks, and Techniques. He was also a contributor to Inside 3D Studio MAX 2, Volume I.
