XIII 17 - The Irish Version Summary

XIII 17 - The Irish Version by Jean Van Hamme

Little by little, XIII has reconstructed most of his life and figured out who he is. With one exception: There is still a gap in his college years, when Jason McLane became Kelly Brian. A gap that may mean the amnesiac adventurer is in fact an Irish terrorist, Seamus O'Neil. This flashback brings us back to Boulder, Colorado and Northern Ireland, where the last piece of the XIII puzzle and his final identity are revealed.

About Jean Van Hamme

Initially serialized in Spirou magazine in 1984, XIII was created by Jean Van Hamme, the author behind Thorgal and Largo Winch-the latter in comic and book form as well as on the big screen-and William Vance, illustrator of the bestsellers Howard Flynn, Bruce Hawker, Bruno Brazil, Bob Morane and Marshall Blueberry. This special volume, however, was illustrated by recently departed comic legend Jean Moebius Giraud, of Blueberry and L'Incal fame.
