About Kathy Phillips

Kathy Phillips has practised yoga for 25 years. She is Health and Beauty Director of British Vogue and has written for many magazines and newspapers, such as the Daily Mail, The Daily Telegraph, the Sunday Telegraph and the Financial Times. In 1992 she co-wrote Yoga for Children with Mary Stewart, one of the leading teachers of yoga in the West, and is the author of the bestselling Vogue Book of Blondes and Vogue Beauty.
