About Louise Holland

Roberta Moore worked in public relations and event management for 10 years, including the sports promotions company of her father, the late Bobby Moore; Channel 4 TV; a national charity and a publishing house. On moving to New York, USA, she set up her own company and her projects included events for President Clinton and members of the Kennedy family. Louise Holland has had a varied career in the food industry. She has worked at The Dorchester, Menage a Trois and Mosimanns. She also worked as in-house chef at the bookshop Books for Cooks and was discovered here by the food producer of the Channel 4 TV programme Light Lunch, where she worked assisting the food producer and cooking for the guests. Louise is currently working as PA to Jamie Oliver.
