When Animal Ark's receptionist, Jean Knox, returns from the shops, she brings back more than she bargained for: a chinchilla has crept in with her shopping! Before it can be caught it shoots off to hide. First Mandy hears it in the bathroom, but when she chases it, it escapes down the stairs and up the chimney. She's worried about the poor creature being without food and drink - but how can she coax it down? Perhaps if she traces back Jean's footsteps she can find the real owner - and reunite him with his missing chinchilla...?
