The actor Jordan was down on his luck, reduced to acting in impoverished villages. So he leapt at a job when it was offered, even if it did mean having to impersonate a prince. Unfortunately he ends up in Castle Midnight with two "brothers" attempting to kill him in order to inherit the kingdom.
