Shadow of a Doubt Summary

Shadow of a Doubt by Ted Allbeury

The happily retired former Director General of MI6, Sir James Frazer, is appalled to discover he's the subject of an unauthorised muck-raking biography which claims he was a womaniser and adulterer, guilty of political interference, gross errors of judgement and virtual treason. Frazer takes out a libel action against the author and publishers, and in the ensuing court case, the secrets of his past in wartime Abyssinia, France and post-war Berlin are revealed. There are quite a few skeletons to come tumbling out of Frazer's closet in this exciting courtroom drama.
