This theatre book is not a theoretical art of book, but a functional how to and why to instructional guide. Individual exercises are included together with detailed coverage of body movements, the illusion, and how to create a world. We know of no other book that so comprehensively explains how the functions of mime are achieved. Certainly a basic text for any aspiring mime.","brand":"WoB","offers":[{"title":"GB \/ VERY_GOOD \/ INTERNAL","offer_id":49507496034577,"sku":"GOR003449357","price":0.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"GB \/ GOOD \/ INTERNAL","offer_id":49636731978001,"sku":"GOR003082031","price":0.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":false},{"title":"US \/ GOOD \/ SBYB","offer_id":49778073895185,"sku":"CIN0916260550G","price":0.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":false},{"title":"US \/ VERY_GOOD \/ SBYB","offer_id":50892248350993,"sku":"CIN0916260550VG","price":0.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":false},{"title":"US \/ NEW \/ INGRAM","offer_id":51009654194449,"sku":"NIN9780916260552","price":0.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":false},{"title":"GB \/ LIKE_NEW \/ INTERNAL","offer_id":53480746647825,"sku":"GOR013552162","price":0.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0784\/4072\/6801\/files\/0916260550.jpg?v=1750980431"},{"product_id":"mime-book-book-claude-kipnis-9780060124045","title":"The Mime Book","description":"The great French mime performer, Claude Kipnis, reveals the mechanisms and techniques of mime in an easy-to-understand translation. At this time Claude wrote some notes in French that covered Chapters 1 and 4, parts of Chapters 2, 5 and Appendix 1 of this book. His intention was to prepare a text that was as self-contained as possible. lt would include, for instance, all tools from Markov process theory ( cf. Appendix 1, Chaps. 2 and 4) necessary to enable mathematicians and mathematical physicists with some knowledge of probability, at the Ievel of Chung (1974), to understand the techniques of the theory of hydrodynamic Iimits of interacting particle systems. In the fall of 1991 Claude invited me to complete his notes with him and transform them into a book that would present to a large audience the latest developments of the theory in a simple and accessible form. To concentrate on the main ideas and to avoid unnecessary technical difficulties, we decided to consider systems evolving in finite lattice spaces and for which the equilibrium states are product measures. To illustrate the techniques we chose two well-known particle systems, the generalized exclusion processes and the zero-range processes. We also conceived the book in such a manner that most chapters can be read independently of the others. Here are some comments that might help readers find their way.","brand":"WoB","offers":[{"title":"- \/ - \/ -","offer_id":51079544635665,"sku":"","price":0.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"US \/ GOOD \/ SBYB","offer_id":51079545061649,"sku":"CIN3540649131G","price":0.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":false},{"title":"GB \/ NEW \/ INGRAM","offer_id":52485168169233,"sku":"NLS9783540649137","price":0.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0784\/4072\/6801\/files\/B01CMYD0F8.jpg?v=1751383107"},{"product_id":"scaling-limits-of-interacting-particle-systems-book-claude-kipnis-9783642084447","title":"Scaling Limits of Interacting Particle Systems","description":"The idea of writing up a book on the hydrodynamic behavior of interacting particle systems was born after a series of lectures Claude Kipnis gave at the University of Paris 7 in the spring of 1988.
