Der Kupfergehalt der Bodenproben lag innerhalb des empfohlenen Grenzwertes von 100 ppm. S  kartoffeln und Gr nkohl wiesen Kupferkonzentrationen innerhalb des empfohlenen Grenzwerts von 10 ppm auf, w hrend 40 % der Kuh-Erbsenproben den sicheren Grenzwert  berschritten.
