• The data shows that across all 4 quartiles, World of Books Limited has a significantly higher proportion of men to women and this is also reflected in Q1 and Q2 quartiles within World of Books Group Limited.
• Similar to many other organisations this is reflective of a higher proportion of men in our leadership team.
• We can see that there are relatively even proportions of men and women within the Q3 and Q4 quartiles in World of Books Group Limited
• The Leadership Pathways scheme launched this year provides a clear pathway for all Wobbers to learn and grow in preparation for future promotions and new roles.
• Ensuring all roles are benchmarked and assessed against the market and our recruitment and promotion opportunities are fair and free from barriers that could impinge on application and/or progression.
• Flexible Working – ensuring all Wobbers are aware of flexible working opportunities and available support.
