Emerging from the Vineyard by Susan Yanos
Are you laboring in the Lord's vineyard? Encounter the stories and wisdom of other co-workers. Emerging from the Vineyard is the fruit of a two-year collaboration among Catholic lay ecclesial ministers. With a grant from Duquesne University, ten ministers from around the United States collaboratively developed the essays that form the present collection. We hope you read and use these essays: .if you are preparing for ministry. .if you prepare others for ministry, especially in university or church settings. .if you are in ministry and want to be inspired to tell your own story. .if you care about lay ecclesial ministry as a vital sign of the Spirit's work in the Church today.
SUSAN YANOS is an instructor of English at Indiana University East in Richmond, Indiana. She has served as the director of a parish religious education program and has made numerous presentations on Scripture and spirituality. She holds a master's degree in pastoral theology and a Ph.D. in English.
