Hotell Vol. 2 by John Lees

Five more interconnected stories chronicle another harrowing week at Pierrot Courts, the mysterious roadside motel where lost souls make their last stand with the demons that haunt them. A family, desperate and destitute after being evicted from their home. A struggling artist, yearning for inspiration. A lonely bachelor, tending to his beloved, ailing dog. A brutal motorcycle gang, hunting for a runaway initiate...When all these haunted souls check into the Pierrot Courts, who will survive to check out?

Since the mid-1980s, John Lees has been active in the training and development of recruitment professionals from both the public and private sectors. He has served as an advisor to the Royal Navy's employment service and has assisted Army troops who are transitioning into civilian careers. He was the Chief Executive of the Institute of Employment Consultants (IEC) until 1993, when he quit to become a Director of TGA, a firm that conducts employment research and provides career advice. He chose to strike out on his own in 1999 and now runs his own human resources consultancy, specializing in job management and developing innovative tools to assist with challenging career shift decisions. John is a prolific writer and speaker who, in addition to his other responsibilities, serves as an online career expert for lifebyte.com. John is a Fellow of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (FREC) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
