Maz Rauber is a former New York Post reporter who covered national politics and all of its scandals. The Australian-born author resides in the Washington, DC, region with her husband and their two college-aged children on occasion. Amy Reingold is a writer, textile artist, and Cordon Bleu chef with a classical education. She was born and raised in a tiny town in Illinois, but has also lived in London and Hong Kong. But it is the nation's capital, where she and her husband have raised two daughters and a variety of pets, that she considers her favorite.
