Aus didaktischen Grunden wurde eine moglichst straffe, systematische Gliederung des gebotenen Stoffes angestrebt. Dabei sind entsprechend dem Charakter der Pharmakognosie als Pharmazeutische Biologie be- sonders biologisch-biochemische Gesichtspunkte beruck- sichtigt worden. Wegen der gebotenen Kurze muBte eine strenge Stoffauswahl getroffen werden.
