Barbapapa's Voyage by Annette Tison
Meeting Barbapapa for the very first time is a magical moment - every child will adore this loyal, gentle, friendly creature, who can change into any shape and solve any problem for his family and friends. In this second story, Barbapapa searches the world and beyond for a Barbamama to share his life.
Gentle books with very simple stories and illustrations in muted colours.. it's lovely to see them back in print. Teeside Evening Gazette
Annette Tison is the co-creator of the famous 'Barbapapa' series, the children's books that became popular during the 1970s. She studied architecture in Paris, where she met her husband Talus Taylor, a biology and maths teacher from San Francisco, USA. Together, they came up with the 'Barbapapa' book series that started in 1970. A series of comic books followed as did a television series that provided a whole generation with fond memories of the colorful Barbapapa family.
