Hap and Leonard made their screen debuts in the three season Hap and Leonard TV series, starring Michael K. Williams (The Wire), James Purefoy (The Following), and Christina Hendricks (Mad Men).
Lansdale is the author of more than a dozen thriller, horror, and Western novels. He has also served as an editor for a number of anthologies. The Horror Writers of America have honored him with the British Fantasy Award, the American Mystery Award, and seven Bram Stoker Awards.
